Sustainable coffee - coffee grounds will be recycled to power London buses!

We at Coffee Cloud love coffee and we also love the planet. We have selected WMF coffee machines as WMF are dedicated to increasing the environmental performance of their products - that's why WMF achieved ISO 14001 Certification for minimising impact on the environment - so it is good to hear that even waste coffee can be recycled and used in a productive way.

In London, a biofuel has been created by blending oil extracted from coffee waste, with diesel, and this has been added to the public transport fuel supply. Waste coffee grounds will be used to help power some of London's buses from November this year.

Coffee is literally getting us to work in the morning!
