Basic Clean
Manual cleaning of the coffee machine can be done with cleaning liquid. The coffee machine system should be cleaned with a mix of cleaner for WMF milk systems and water. Afterwards give it a rinse with fresh water. The spout has to be cleaned manually once a day and has to be placed in cleaning liquid.
WMF Technician
The plant fats and oils, as well as other chemical elements found in coffee, can get into the machine and prohibit its efficient use. The water running through the machine also has minerals and salts which can affect the machine from time to time, so it is recommended that as well as your own maintenance, you call a technician for regular cleaning of a coffee machine to keep your machine working at its optimum.
